Another service offered by GS Roofing is a home buyers survey starting at £75.00 plus VAT for a flat roof report and £117.50 for a full roofing report (depending on area). This report also estimates for any urgent or non urgent repairs or renewals that are needed. Our highly experienced estimator Mark Bennett who has been with our company for many years carries out these inspections.

We arrange with the estate agents to collect the keys to the property and after inspection the purchaser is contacted with a verbal report and then sent a written report. Should the customer then purchase the property and have works carried out by GS Roofing this money is then deducted from the invoice.

This is highly recommended and our customers have always been happy with the end result.
